Standing behind any candidate or initiative is the Campaign Team.  From campaign manager to field director, every campaign requires knowledgeable, skilled and committed staff and volunteers to help develop, organize and run the campaign seamlessly.  

 

This three-weekend training is designed for progressive-minded individuals who have worked on campaigns and are ready to take the leap into campaign management leadership and for those who have minimum campaign experience and want to broaden their knowledge on the components of effective campaign management – whether for a candidate or an initiative.

This program is combined with our Candidate Training and will have separate tracks for Management-Specific tasks where applicable.  

It is also greatly beneficial for first-time candidates and the creators of ballot initiatives.
