Eight Month Part-Time Leaders Fellowship
Eight months of intensive training is only part of what this Fellowship is about! The networking and connections that come along with it will not only open new doors for you but create a support system that continues long after the Fellowship has ended. The Leading For Change Leaders Fellowship is designed to bring together a diverse group of individuals who have high-potential and the commitment to create positive change in their communities. This Fellowship takes what you know and have experienced, and provides the environment for you to reflect critically and discover new ways to effectively lead and influence positive community change.

Workshop Content
Our curriculum is designed and delivered by expert trainers who utilize adult learning principles for greater impact. Because adults learn best by doing, we emphasize interactive activities and experiential learning within our workshops. Approximately 80% of all training sessions are interactive to enable multiple perspectives to be presented.

5 Weekend Workshops for 2026 - 2027 Leaders Fellowship
The five weekend workshops are not consecutive. They convene 5 times over 8 months.
Weekend workshops begin at 9:00 AM and each day ends between 3 pm - 4 pm with many breaks throughout the days. Mark your calendar!

I used my Personal Political Leadership Plan (PPLP) to get my next job! I spoke about my mission and shared my root cause, and not only did they offer me a job- but they also offered a higher position based on what I shared. I will be getting paid to implement my PPLP! RELATIONSHIPS! I have made connections that will last a lifetime. I have often felt isolated living where I live in AZ and to have made such incredible relationships across the state have changed not only who I am but what I am becoming.
