Founder. Beyond Silence, LLC & Voices4Justice
(she, her) I am the founder of Voices4Justice and Rise Beyond Silence — two interconnected organizations working at the intersection of adoption reform, BIPOC mental health access, neurodivergence, and advocacy for cycle sensitive women (PMDD/PME). Rise Beyond Silence provides peer-led healing circles and trauma-informed support for BIPOC adoptees. Voices4Justice turns what we learn from the community into policy pressure and systems change. I started this work because I lived it. And because too many people are still surviving in silence while systems collect funding to "help" them without ever asking what they actually need. I’m passionate about using my voice and experiences to help create spaces where people feel heard, represented, and empowered to make a difference in their own lives and communities. My interests in advocacy include adoption records access, preventing child marriage in Arizona (It's legal in 32 states INCLUDING AZ), and bringing greater awareness to health experiences that are often overlooked like PME and PMDD. I am also pursuing my passion for music and exploring how music therapy can positively impact people’s lives. I believe meaningful change starts with being willing to listen, ask questions, challenge the way things have always been done, and turning ideas into action.
