A graduate of Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and an Obama Scholar, Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Public Service with a certificate in International Business. His professional experience spans advocacy, international education, and public service initiatives that support community development and leadership engagement.
