(he, him) Eddie James is a financial planner, community leader, and founder of Harvest Wealth Management. For more than 20 years, he has helped individuals and families navigate important financial decisions, but his work has always been rooted in something deeper: caring for people and helping them make thoughtful decisions about the future they want to create. Eddie believes leadership begins with listening before leading. He takes time to understand the person, ask questions that uncover what may be overlooked, and help others see possibilities they may not see on their own. For Eddie, leadership is not about having all the answers; it is about helping people discover what is possible and giving them the confidence to move forward. Beyond his professional work, Eddie has served in nonprofit and community leadership roles focused on education, civic engagement, and strengthening families. He is a licensed pastor and has spent many years teaching and serving in his church and community. Eddie also serves on the Governing Board of Litchfield Elementary School District and is a Board member of New Life Center, a refuge from domestic violence.
