(he, him) I am Ed Cunje—better known as Edible Ed—a Phoenix-based chef, culinary educator, and digital content creator dedicated to bringing people together through approachable, comforting food. As the host of the family-friendly cooking show Edible Ed's and a regular guest on Fox10 news segments, I love teaching home cooks of all ages—whether leading youth culinary workshops at the Arizona Science Center, teaching my energetic "Lil' Chefs" at the Children's Museum of Phoenix, or helping adults master scratch-baking. I am the author of the cookbook Anyone Can Be A Chef, Especially YOU! and live by my personal and professional mantra: "Spread Love Like Butter." Whether I’m developing cross-cultural comfort food recipes or collaborating alongside my wife, Mickey, and daughter, Emma, I truly believe that the best memories are made around a shared table. Outside of the kitchen, you can often find me sketching live-model portraits at the Phoenix Art Museum or painting outside in my yard.
