Alicia Fritz

Non-Profit Professional

(she, her) Alicia Fritz is a mission-driven professional with a background in nonprofit operations, project management, and data analysis, who is passionate about building more equitable and sustainable communities. A first-generation college graduate and Arizona State University alumna, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociocultural Anthropology and a master’s degree in Complex Systems Science, where she focused on environmental social science. She enjoys finding ways to help organizations work more effectively, whether by improving workflows, making better use of program data, coordinating people around shared goals, or translating research into practical solutions. Outside of her professional work, Alicia has volunteered with local organizations focused on youth mentorship, literacy, LGBTQ+ support, refugee women’s empowerment, and environmental outreach. These experiences reflect her broader commitment to creating communities where people have access to opportunity and a voice in decisions that affect them. She is particularly interested in environmental justice and the disproportionate impacts of climate change on underserved communities.
